7 night stay minimum required during Sundance Film Festival
$8,000.00 security deposit for Main House, $2,000 deposit for Loft during Sundance Film Festival and special rental contract that limits the number of occupants to 40 people @ any one time, with provision to have 24 hour access by sheriff/police with on site eviction if in violation of any contract items/terms @ any time.
